Work History
2010-today: Picklive, London, UK
Picklive is a real-time social gaming startup. We build games around live sports data.
I mostly work on the back-end using Ruby, Rails, Sinatra. We have several services that are connected through ActiveMQ and we’re also running Rails backround tasks with Resque.
My job also includes deploying and managing servers with Chef.
I occasionally do some work on the front-end, which is written in Javascript using CoffeeScript, Backbone.js, Underscore.js and JQuery.

PHP development on a social, multimedia dictionary startup.
A great project ruined by insane management.

PHP development. Worked mostly on bank websites and a high traffic tourism site.
